Mr. Mottershead has been teaching at School 2 for the past fifteen years. He has served fourteen of those years as a fourth grade teacher. Mr. Mottershead is well respected by his peers. He serves on many committees and has become a leader among the staff. Fellow teachers describe his as a master teacher who cares for his students' development academically, socially and emotionally. Parents have described him as supportive, caring and dedicated. Mr. Mottershead loves teaching because each day brings new challenges that must be overcome to help all his students reach their potential.

Mrs. Kreckman began her career in Fort Lee 10 years ago. She has been a Para-Professonal in the ABA program since she began serving in various classrooms and in all grades K-6.
